I've had the best experience all of the times that I have stayed here! Everyone is so polite and very nice. Yes, you have to put down a deposit when you pay for your room but it is cleaned everyday and the grounds are always nicely maintained. That is a very big plus for me and my OCD! 🙂
We always stay at this hotel when we visit Fort Collins. The front desk and housekeeping staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. They have a decent continental breakfast. We feel very safe and welcome when we stay here.
We had a nice stay at this family-run hotel. The front desk service and breakfast staff were great. The management team does a good job of keeping the hotel operations humming.
We stayed 4 nights recently while moving some things out of a storage unit nearby. This was just the home base we needed during our transition.
Nothing fancy, no frills but cost effective and clean. You do hear quite a bit of road noise and wall ac units are noisy. Could definitely use updating but staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is decent and free.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and water pressure was off the charts with never ending hot water! Very pleased overall with this remodeled older hotel. Only complaint is the breakfast. Lacking in variety and cut off time for breakfast.
The staff is phenomenal and went above and beyond to help me. It's next to the interstate, near lots of convenient places. I will definitely stay here again. It's my new favorite place in Fort Collins.
Prepaid for the toom online. When we got there, we noticed there was a hole in the bathroom door, so we went to tell the front desk so we did not get charged for damage. Upon checkout, we asked for a receipt to state that the door damage was there already, we were curtly told no receipt as it was prepaid, and then the lady turned and walked into the office. The fridge clanked all night.
